Getting There

From SLEX/C5:
  • Take C5 exit and go straight passing Market! Market!, Kalayaan, and Bagong Ilog.
  • Then, turn right at Eagle street near SM Pasig.
  • Go straight, passing Sandoval bridge.
  • Turn right at Dr. Sixto Antonio immediately after the bridge.
  • Go straight further and you will find Riverfront Residences entrance gate on the right side.
From Libis/C5:
  • Drive straight and take the lower lane approaching Tiendesitas area.
  • Take the U-turn slot a few meters after SM Pasig.
  • Then, go straight and turn right at Eagle Street. G

Unit Types

Please be advised that all units at Riverfront Residences are currently sold out.
We can wait for re-open. Re-open units are forfeited payments from previous owners. But there are no guarantees on this since it will be on a lottery. Below are the procedures in joining re-open units:
  1. Provide complete reservation requirements
    • Reservation agreement form
    • Client registration form
    • 2 Valid IDs 
    • Proof of TIN
    • Proof of Billing
    • Php20,000 check payable to DMCI-PDI for the unit
    • Php10,000 check payable to DMCI-PDI for the parking 
  2. Re-open is released on a weekly basis. Mikko or Noemi will contact you as soon as re-opened lists are released. Mikko or Noemi will be sending computation and unit floor plan of re-opened unit should you wish to purchase, let us know and we will join the lottery.
  3. Following morning there will be drawlots. We will just join if you confirmed. If confirmed, and we get the unit, reservation is non-refundable. If not, reservation is still refundable and we can wait for another list of re-open.
